DPCL is a specialised consulting business started and managed by Keith Brown. Keith qualified in the accountancy profession and was formerly a tax partner in one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. For the last dozen years or so DPCL has acted as a trusted business partner in customs matters for some of the largest household names in their fields, in particular in the food and drink, automotive and textiles sectors. If you eat, drive or wear clothes it could well be that we’ve been involved somewhere behind the scenes! 

DPCL’s business model is to be agile and flexible, able quickly to adapt and to develop planning ideas as the circumstances dictate. Our firm conviction is that our service offering should be determined by our clients’ needs rather than by the knowledge of the in-house people we happen to have. The best way to do this we find is to keep the core business lean, and to utilise a network of trusted specialist partner firms introduced as the project requires on a case-by-case basis. In short, our services are driven by our clients’ needs rather than by our own.
